"Jan runs a quality agency! Great customer service, which really makes a difference. Personally, in my recent phone conversation with one of their agents, I felt better after I was allowed to grumble about premiums. Then I was able to understand that insurance agents have nothing to do about insurance rates…. So I realized that they are the intermediary between people like us who buy insurance and the statisticians who determine the rates for a particular area. What they do is handle us… they make sure we get the right coverage and give us a place to vent when we get upset about rate increases. The folks at Jan Rooney insurance do this very well!"
