"I was recently insured with GEICO but I recieved call from Phyllis & she said she could could get me a better rate. She indeed get me a better rate, she saved me $500 a month. What prompted my review today was a warm phone call with Teresa(sorry if I misspelled your name). She was so kind & helpful. She made making my monthly payment easier for me. "Jan Rooney and Phyllis Zerkle are an amazing combo to work with for your insurance needs. I had a small loan from State Farm many years ago that Jan assisted me with and she's been persistently giving me quotes and reaching out trying to earn my home and auto insurance business. Today was finally the day, after my former carrier let me know my home owners rates were going up nearly $800 over last year (no claims...), and my auto was increasing over $400 over a six month term (no accidents), enter Phyllis Zerkle!! Phyllis was able to get me quoted on both policies, set me up with better coverage, lower deductibles, all for rates far less than what I would have been paying. Give Jan and Phyllis a shot, I can't say enough about their customer service, effort, and all around great attitudes and personalities. I know insurance isn't generally fun for most people to deal with, but I am relieved knowing my policies are in good hands."
